Vivienne Westwood’s Red Carpet Capsule Collection

Vivienne Westwood showed her royalty to her country once again. As we know Queen 2nd Elizabeth is celebrating he 60th anniversary on the throne thus celebrations are already ongoing.

Fashion world is contributing to this historic circumstance in its special way.

VIVIENNE WESTWOOD is celebrating theQueen’s Diamond Jubilee with a new capsule collection, inspired by gowns the royal has previously worn.

The designer is perfectly known with her loyalty out her designs inspired by Britannia – her frequent use of Union Jacks and crown motifs.

In these range, entitled Red Carpet Capsule Collection, Wetswood is paying homage to the British flag. Metallic embellishments grounded in the color palette of silver, gold and bronze. Also highlights cover cocktail dresses, floor-length corseted gowns and organza crepes.

The collection will be launched in mid May.

 

İngiltere kraliçesi II. Elizabeth tahta çıkışının 60. yılını kutluyor. Tüm ülkede başlayan kutlama seromonilerine moda dünyası da sadece seyirci kalmadı. Ünlü İngliz tasarımcı ve punk ın annesi Vivienne Westwood bu çok özel Elmas Jübile yi kutlamak için en onun kadar özel bir koleksiyon hazırladı. Kraliçenin daha önce giydiği kostümlerden esinlenerek hazırlanan koleksiyon Mayıs itibariyle satışta olacak.

Özellikle ülkesine olan bağlılığıyla tanınan Westwood daha önce de yerel İngiliz motif ve ezgilerine sıklıkla kullanmıştı. Kırmızı Halı Kapsül Koleksiyonu adı verilen son koleksiyonunda yere kadar uzanan korseli elbiselerden, organza kumaşlı kokteyl elbiselere, gümüş bronz ve altının parıldadığı metalik elbiselere kadar herşey gösteriş ve saray asaletine selamda bulunuyor.
