Japan is accelerating its speed not in only technology but also in fashion industry. Ginza district of Tokyo gathers the world’s most outstanding fashion label together. The British label Dover Street Market is set to open its very first international store in Ginza.

Since 2004, Dover Street Market is outside London for the very first time. Dover had one very old department store redesigned and covered the entire facade with concrete and glass to prevent people to see inside from outside. The store was amazingly popular during 50s and 60s however became run down during 90s. Now it will be reborn with Dover Street Market.

The store will exclusively consist of mostly British labels including Alexander McQueen, Simone Rocha and Balenciaga.
