Dior- Paris Haute Couture Fall ’12
Raf Simons’ first couture collection for Dior proved how a beautiful heritage can be improved. Dior couture took us back to the 1940s. With the fall 2012 couture season, Simons featured a gathering of tailored suits, sweeping gowns, tuxedo jackets and coat dresses. The color palette was quite reserved featuring hues of navy, yellow, royal blue and red steeped in neutral black and grey.
Dior’ un yepyeni tasarımcısı Raf Simon ilk haute couture koleksiyonunu yayınladı. Paris haute couture moda haftası kapsamında görücüye çıkan koleksiyon markanın ölümsüz mirasini bir sonraki noktaya taşıdı. Sarı, lacivert, gri ve siyahın kırmızı şeritlerle boyut değiştirdiği koleksiyon el işçiliğinin öne çıktığı muazzam bir koleksiyonu bizlere sundu.

Dior Dilemma
Fashion world has been seeking answer of this question. Who is going to be the helm of the Christian Dior? One of the designer has just been linked with this vacancy is none other than Haider Ackermann. He showed his enthusiasm to take over the label’s designing helm alongside his own label.
“There are two houses I would be interested in,” Ackermann said. “Two where I feel there is shared sensibility, and I could bring something else of myself to the house, which isn’t expressed in my own line.” He just stated how much he is interested in jumping on this occasion.
Even though Ackermann is known to be extremely passionate about couture, he can be seen in Dior house soon. It is already known that Ackermann has long been linked with the creative directorship at Chanel – after Karl Lagerfeld named him as his chosen successor. Of course for taking over Chanel Couture, Karl Lagerfeld has to step back, however it is not seen so feasible at the moment. The fashion world does not expect Lagerfeld to retire yet! Back to the Dior, Ackermann might start there in April of this year despite the pressure placed on designers in established houses. But either way Ackermann looks so cool and secure enough to handle two issues at the very same time!
Christian Dior’ ın başına geçecek olan ana tasarımcı sürümcemesi bitmek bilmiyor. Bir yıldır uzun bir süredir devam eden arayış, listelenen onlarca tasarımcının yüksek potansiyeline rağmen nihayete eremedi. Son olarak telaffuz edilen ve aslında en büyük potansiyeli taşıyan kişi ise Haider Ackermann.
Yetenekli tasarımcı mevcut tekliften ve Dior’ un başına geçebilme ihtimalinden duyduğu sevinci çoktan paylaştı. Tasarımcının kendine ait olan markasında işlerin ve mevcut Dior sürprizinin biraz baskı yarattığı aldığımız duyumlar arasında. Fakat tasarımcı her iki markayı da yürütebileceğinden ve yaratıcılığını her iki ruh için de yansıtabileceğinden emin gözüküyor.
