Versace is back in the couture catwalk once again. During Paris Haute Couture Week in July the legendary label is set to present its latest couture collection with two shows at Paris Ritz Hotel. The label returned to couture schedule last season after eight years to show its spring/summer 2012 couture collection.
Paris’ Ritz has a special meaning for the label given Donatella’s brother and brain of the brand Gianni Versace presented his last show in this hotel. So time has come to refresh the golden Atelier Versace moments with a new and breakthrough collection. Besides the hotel will close on July 31 for extensive renovation following the show on July 1.
Versace haute couture sahnesine yeniden merhaba diyor. Efsane marka hazır giyim koleksiyonlarının yanında couture in da en önemli temsilcilerinden biridir. 2004 yılında verilen Atelier Versace couture defilesinden sonra, özel giyim haftalarına katılmayan Versace bu geleneğini geçen sezon bozmuş ve marka 8 yıl aradan sonra ilk kez couture moda haftasında yer almıştı.
Yapılan resmi açıklamaya göre Temmuz ayında yapılacak Paris Haute Couture moda haftasında bir kez daha sahne almaya hazırlanmakta efsanevi marka. En önemli nokta ise defilenin organize edileceği venue. Gianni Versace’ nin öldürülmeden önceki son showunu yaptığı Paris’ in ikonik mekanı Ritz Hotel de yapılacak defile en parlak Versace couture anılarını vernikleyecek gibi duruyor.
Hotel defilenin ardından büyük bir tadilat için bir süre hizmetten uzak kalacak olsa da Versace’ nin couture dünyasındaki sesli dönüşü ve Gianni Versace’ nin parlak anısı ile uzun süre pazarlama faaliyetlerini ziyadesiyle karşılayacak.
